Rachel Carson wrote Silent Spring in 62, even she was vilified and discredited by the chemical industry big guns - but DDT was eventually banned in 72, only shame and it's saving grace was it nearly eradicated Malaria. Good ole USA with it's poodle EPA dancing to Syngenta's pipe, I, for one welcome the new race of limp wristed Yanks being feminized - having to pay for the cancer treatments from Syngenta's allies - one way to get rid of the red necks.

Found this after watching about Atrazine on my news in Louisiana. Which interviewed only a local farmer who supported Atrazine because it's "cheap" and says that science proves safe. He also said so called "rebel activist" say it is bad to support their cause. But you have to wonder, in what way could they benefit from any cause other then biological safety? And never once did the news mention that this poison is banned in Europe already. But ship it over to U.S.A! Those idiots will use it. :D

It's Ironic but Syngenta is based in Switzerland where ATRAZINE is Banned.

An activated Carbon Filter will remove it and certain Cities Have tried to sue Chemical Compnanies for the Costly process. I'm pretty sure that they didn't win though!

Atrazine made by Syngenta. It has been labeled as an aromatase enabler. Syngenta's parent companies are Novartis and AstraZeneca who manufacture cancer drugs including aromatase inhibitors. I smell a rat!

We shouldn't even have things like herbicides. We don't need them. The forests and prairies grow fine without applications of herbicides. Why is that? The problem is in growing large monocrops with chemicals that destroy soil organisms so that the soil becomes barren of life except for the plants that depend upon artificial chemical mechanisms to replace what nature would otherwise do: recycle nutrients.

so a chemical that may cause sterility and possibly cancer has been allowed to pollute the water and is still being used today thanks to the lobbying/legal bribing efforts of a corp. and the gullible "village people" aka republicans that have been convinced that this is a fight for freedom and against government regulation...while Europe takes steps to keep the water clean ooOOOOOoo the HORRORS OF SOCIALISM

Here is a simple rule to follow. Europe has been around for many years longer than North America. They have limited resources....therefore they are lean and efficient. Here in NA, we are wasteful and gluttonous with sights of profits in our window. Simple rule....whatever Europe does...simply adopt it to NA. And when a lobbyist opens their yap...squeeze their nose and kick them in the ass and send them home.
