I love Phineas' old voice. It sounds so much younger and appropriate for him.

Also, I noticed a lot of changes between the musical and this version, and not just the songs. The slushy dog stand has Jeremy in it, the Croissant maker is actually a Crepe maker, and he asks Suzette if she wants a crepe, referencing a book called Suzette's Crepes. Also, the thing to put Candace in charge is moose/meese/mooses running into the house. And they see Meep in space.
