  • And it was only two days ago that I was so proud of myself...did 30 reps in one go for the first time ever, followed by 20 and then 15 reps with only a half minute pause. Now I know I have a long way to go! But hey, at 46, I am allowed to smile!! Would love to know your leg routine...will check out your vids, no worries. Well done Micah! Wow. Btw, were you munching on those skittles again..??
