Your fish are beautiful, and the one knocking is very smart, but you are taking away from your aquarium with that boat. All it is doing is taking room away from your Koi's, and I don't think it even looks that great.... Your cichlids are very pretty too.... After reading all the other posts I think everyone is getting on you for the overcrowding issue, so i apologize. But the boat really does need to go..

Koi fish are the smartest fish. They can be trained. If anyone argues and says no they're not and that Dolphins are smarter, fyi Dolphins are mammals.

i have 4 butterfly koi about 4-5 inches in a 55 gallon. I will definately upgrade to a 120gallon when they reach 7-9 inches so they have room to swim, otherwise a pond is best!

i know right?cichlids arent suppose to be with koi. koi can be mixed with gold fish and comets das about it.. 4 words.. GET A BIGGER TANK.. u have beautiful koi though

If it was me, I'd have just different varieties of koi in there, no fancy goldfish, certainly no tropicals, and no heater. You'll hear some people moan about having koi in an aquarium but so long as it's well-filtered and you keep up with water changes and the koi are happy and healthy, pay the naysayers no mind.

2 koi baby's

12 comet or common goldfish saved from pet store they all where the koi where in these small little 2 gallon tanks so I bought them.

I'm just asking how long I have to 20 gallon filters making it super clean I have a 2000 gallon pound in making but for now just have 200 gallon pond with huge two koi and big mouth bass so should I ceap them nice and cozy in the 25 that I do water changes on ever to days

The fish look happy and healthy enough to me. its feeding time remember hence why it looks busy , plus you cant see how big the tank is so people stop judging. if those fish looked unhealthy then i would be the first to complain.

koi fish are the best and they are really cheap to find I am getting 5 large goldfish instead of getting 10 neon tetras neon tetras are expensive then goldfish!

The white Koi fish knows that it's feeding time and he's trying to get my attention to come and feed him. He does it like clock work about 5 to 10 minutes before feeding time every day morning and night. I have an automatic feeder that feeds at 6am, 6:30am and then again at 6pm and 6:30pm. I understand having the machine feed the koi early in the morning, but i would much rather bond with my pet and hand feed it than letting the machine do it for me.

The Parrot fish are only aggressive against each other. The all get along pretty well together like a family. My two black Iridescent Sharks get rambunctious at times and shoot across from one side of the tank to the other. The white Koi still rings the dinner bell and is the smartest of the bunch. mine do that, or knock the filters around, or when i really tease them, they will jump at the top glass=water on the floor. lol.
