The whole package of Freakazoid!, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain was the best thing for a kid back when it came out. Probably still is. Batman TAS also came out then, also by WB, but it had a different target audience.

So freakazoid is like SSJ4 Babi Gohan? Forget if its possible but, the whole "freak on!" seems oddly familiar to the "super saiyan" thing. Being he's a hero and needs to protect his identity that would make him most like Saiya Man. Long(ish) pointy black hair, red skin/fur, super speed and maybe the silly gene. SSJ4 Gogeta was a bit silly, right? So, I'm going to pretend that Gohan can go SSJ4 as long as he has a tail and stares at the full moon. Freak-off.
