thats not too much, i have like 10m, u just buy as soon as u can everything (houses) increase the payment the change the date o f ur xbox lots of times, thats how i did it, the same with exp, join without a profile then unlearn all ur abilities then expel the second player so his exp will go to ur hero. its not that hard

ATTENTION: I have found a really easy way to get this achievement.
If you have a guitar hero controller use it!
I plugged in my GH 2 guitar and pressed the blue button to a rythm and it worked! The sound it makes made it easier to build up a combo!
however the screen keeps on spinning which is a bit weird.
