Uh... Works for me dude... I tested and tested with various pictures from the protest in NY and nothing has come up blocked, I used the #OccupyWallStreet album title as well as a normal default album title. Maybe it's something to do with your image type. Who knows, jumping to conclusions and automatically assuming that Facebook is censoring is wrong.
