Clicking and draggin wont really help, save the files to something on your computer itself, like in my documents

make a personal file for all of your music and stuff,

go to itunes and click on add file, find your file and you should be good :D

another easy way-----go to itunes and pick the song you want to export....right click the song and go to "get info"..... then in the "info" tab type the name and artist of the song in the "comments" box....then go to the "music" file in the hidden files....name and title will be in the details under comment.... copy and paste the song to your desktop.

i just figured it out i had an ipod with lots of songs and videos and my computer lost all of its memory and every things else so i had to start up the computer all over again and then a couple months later i got a new computer and tonight i just installed itunes and it wouldn't let me download anything so i pushed transfer but it didn't work so then i went under files and pushed transfer my ipod and it worked but only let me download about 30 songs from my ipod which sucks but ill figure it out

all you have to do is go to cntrol pannel, go to folder options, click the "view" tab and click: show hidden files and folders. The ipod_control should pop up and then the video explains the rest. hope it helps

u need to go to control panel and then appearance and personalization and you should see a list of options go on "folder options" when you click it a new window will pop up what you want to do now is click on view and look down until you see "hidden files and folders" and you want to select "show hidden files and folders" click apply and ok then carry on the way the rest of the video shows you
