@jp70117 As a project landlord I have been in apartment where people slept on mattresses on the floor with a pile of clothes thrown about their rooms. I also went into apartments in the same projects that look like inside of a mansion. Well kept and the finest of furniture. Some donated by foundations that help the poor. Being in the projects is a frame of mind. You can believe it's a stepping stone, or your destiny.
