All of you arguing over Chinas revolution, stop. China was MUCH worse before the revolution, the Communists saved hundreds of millions of peoples lives whom would have otherwise have died in poverty and war. Read the book "Away with all pests: a British surgeon in peoples China" to get a good view of the real development of China.
@ComradeMing I never said that Sheks rule was better, but I bet a lot less citizens died under his rule. And the people murdered by mao weren't killed in the revolution, they were murdered after he came into power. If you like it so much why don't you go live there? Good question huh?

THe reason why comunism fails all the time is simply because of how hard it is to do it. You have a horse and a jockey. Some times the raise failes because the horse isnt good enough. But with comunism its the others way, you cant find a jockey good enough to ride the horse.

@SmokeRingsPipeDreams i don't get you why do you see china communism as from 1949 to now? its divide atleast into 3 different stages 1949- 1976(mao death) 1976-1978 (old communist vs new capitalist/communist )1979- now is the communist/capitalist china. you count all the millions of lives lost as one single group of people(communist) but that is not case. in each of the stages i said they suffered differently and under different groups of people and in different time.

Communist governments are responsible for more deaths of people in our world than any other kind of government in modern history. More than the nazis by far. It is not "the perfect for of govt" as many believe. It is the road to the slaughter of citizens.
@SmokeRingsPipeDreams yes i agree that the communist goverments have caused more death then any other government. but most of these communist government (from what i know both china and russia)have made individual apologies to those harm during the revolutions. of course this is done in a slow rate and under the table because it would dimenish the government credibldy if done larger and openly. i am sure the these government knows it can't fix the error that they caused in the past.

capitalism dousnt work either u know... if there is no tax on products ... the government would go broke... 60% of americas money comes from businesses...and also america is giving bailouts the companies...and that shouldnt be done in a capitalist country... a business could rise or could fail..the government could not interfere... so really there could not really be capitalism...

Communism cannot work in a non-fully developed capitalist state. As Marx said, it would just become a Bourgeois revolution, certainly the CCP's revolution was a Bourgeois revolution which set up more of a State Capitalist system, as opposed to a Proletariat revolution.
