  • @abouchahine460 What do you mean by "retake" Lebanon asshole? Syria never took Lebanon in the first place. Syria was there in 1976 to enforce a peace deal and end the civil war, and when the Phalanges allied themselves with Israel and Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982 Syria helped undermine the Phalanges-Israeli plans and enforce a new peace deal to end the civil war. Syria paid a heavy price to end the war in Lebanon and prevent it from falling apart into several Israeli-controlled states.
