The reason that you didnt really have a big impact on the punching bag is simply because it literally takes month or somtimes years to be able to give ki a physical effect on things, remember ki is not a physical force naturally. Are you able to make a ki ball visible?

@armenianman98 woe wont be back till nov so ill answer it for u. i used to have that problem what i did was make the ki shell then program it them push and feel it push with a surge and focus on it dont forget about it or it could disapear and tense your muscles but also try not to listen to the jing stuff bcuzthey say it happens on its own like when u squeeze ur arms and when it flies through the air fast but i dont no bout tht to much jst look at adamleon97s vids they help

hey warriorofelectric i have something to tell u one day i was training my ki powering up and my ki color switch from blue to yellowish gold but only for a split second and my hair flashed blond for a second and my eyes r brown and they flashed light blue and then it felt like an electric shock goin through my body but getting to excited i lost it thts y it was only for a split second and tht day i was actually training to go super saiyan even tho u said it was impossible

@islanderkine1 i know many ways to do it but i suggest that you should train on a technique that i found on the internet.you make a regular ki blast but you need to somehow lock on your target and program it to reach the target. if i find it i ll tell you

I like your video, at times i saw it move and others i saw it stand still, i've noticed it takes me about 5 times to actually move something, and if you noticed each time you did it, it got better, anyways i just wanted to say that i have a ounching bag too and that thing is filled with metal sand, and when you punched it i thought you were going to cry out because they're not easy to punch
