GREAT FILM. i recommend it, i wasnt a big planet of the apes fan, thought the 2001 one was awful. but this is the best film ive seen this year, beating potter and transformers. Just need to see troll hunters now lol.

I was very surprised with this movie...This movie also contains the most scariest 'NNNOOOO!!!!' I've ever heard. only complaint is how they end it...but I think thats because I haven't seen the other movies.

I have been waiting a long time for a movie that would grab my heart and this is the one. The special effects are superb and the acting was so real. What I really loved about this movies is that there was no fancy stuff just a great story about the apes being used by us terrible human beings, the worst animals on earth. I fell in love with Ceasar. I hope there will be a no.2 in the making with Ceasar coming back to our environment to educate us on how to behave towards any living

The trailers for this movie did not do it justice. The trailer made it out to be yet another special effects-fest with little to no depth but this movie was amazing how it made each ape into their own unique character, which is especially difficult since they had to do it non-verbally. Great movie. I hope andy gets an oscar nomination for this performance.

i recommend you do watch it. it doesn't make them scary at all. this movie will show you not some scary, crazy apes, but intelligent, sensitive and social ones. i never saw a movie to follow real animals so close. even after ''rebelling'' they don't humanize them almost at all. they show what a human-level intelligent ape would do, not apes miming humans.

@MissFabulousoo If you love Apes then you ill love this movie! The Apes arent demonized and portrayed as scary.. but as intelligent creatures revolting in an aggressive manner. With the inhumane way that most animals are mistreated these days, it was empowering to see the Apes rise!! a must see!
