It is a normal wooden Yamaha concert flute, and an Irish Tinwhistle, I am playing.

On doing some research, I found out that the larger flute is an American Indian type flute, what chord is it? I'm interested in learning but I want to invest in a flute that will last and I will enjoy playing. A friend suggested a Yamaha Intermediate flute. The Susato in C was so lovely as well.
