Glad to see them out there cleaning the streets of these Panhandlers. Watched one go to jail in front of Fifth-Third bank on 3rd and Wabash. He was out there begging 5 minutes after his g/f, wife, whatever dropped him off driving a real new Nissan SUV.
I wouldnt put it past them. they pulled my brother over once and pulled a tazer on him first thing, he said if he tried anything he would taze him, didnt even ask for id or regestation. it was only a traffic offence too
