I understand it's suppose to be a silent film, but at least you could have put the sound effect of the old reel spinning, or the sound of the film scratching, or some ragtime music in the background...
Nah, it's more authentic this way. Just like in the old days, you'll need a piano and some sound props to get the full effect. Feel free to interpret the style of music and visual to audio cues any way you like.
Where's the soundtrack? Needs some melodramatic music being played. Like some oldtimey ragtime music :-)
