The fact is the fish are toxic, all our meat is toxic and we CAN live and be healthy eating God made, fresh foods.It's only a matter of time before you are sick, need cholesterol pills etc. if you're eating animal products. Alicia still looks like she's in her teens so she had to be doing something right.
