I can Watch these videos, and close my eyes when they say sleep, and imagine all the shit they tell me to, but although i feel a little tired at the end, I never feel like i am in or have been in a trance...

Wish these vids were longer. They are very relaxing and hers are the best I've found in looking through the Cara Inst. vids. Relaxing voice, hypnotic and beautiful music, and yes, a beautiful face! I do think it helps that she's so pretty--it's the concept of that surreality. The look/music/voice all lend to this idyllic style that reminds me of Midsummer Nights Dream or something enchanting like that that makes you want to drift. Make more and do at least 5 min. ones!

in order for her to do this, she has to enter a mild trance state, and because she is describing stuff, she is accessing pictures etc and most people shift their eyes to one direction when accessing pictures, this is called eye accessing cues, go ahead and ask someone to picture something, say a red car and watch their eyes! just listen in future if her eyes bother you, she does a great job of soothing you off to sleep or relaxing, so just close your eyes and drift away, enjoy!
