I love that on-call room scene from season 5. It's my favorite part of that episode...besides when Izzy tells Bailey that the scarf she made is for her.:)

I love this friendship more then Cristina and Mer because there is never any drama (if we look past that one drama in season 7) and they understand each other and are there for each other.... I just like them more!! I also loved that Mer was Alex's best man at his wedding :) That was so adorable

This is actually my favourite friendship from Grey's, it's such a subtle relationship, they don't focus on it too much, but they have great one-off moments like we've seen in this video! I loved the moment in Season 7 when it was only really the 2 of them left from the original 5 interns and they both get yelled at by Stark but had no regrets! They are great!
