He's the only one in Trance who I'm interested in at the moment. Oh - and John OO Fleming, but he's always great.

I don't know about you but I think Trance is going downhill a bit. I know it's just as big as it's always been, but I think creatively somethings lacking. It's all about Techno at the moment. To be fair, Techno/House DJ's are a lot more talented anyway.

@TheScumfrog I agree that trance is lacking new creativity ... melodies are different but are all in same style ... music as a whole is in a HUGE need of progressive ideas ... I have classic stuff because classics always have rules and therefore limitations that come up to visible in time as people get "bored" with it ... so PROGRESSIVE ... tech trance is very special combination :D I love it at most :D ... but it's hard to produce :) one of the best is Sander van Doorn - Bliksem :D

@carnivourlocust I love 'Bliksem'! I saw Sander play it last year at Global Gathering (UK), and I'm gonna see him this Saturday at Global Gathering too. Like I said, I think there is only really Sander van Doorn I can stomach at the moment. I really don't get the love for people like Above & Beyond, Paul Van Dyk... etc. My favourite DJ's are Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, John Digweed, Sasha and Dubfire.
