That's something Cain, Perry, and Romney can't say. And all of them admittedly know nothing about economics, while Ron Paul is a best selling author on the subject. Hes like an economic crystal ball. I believe the founding fathers weren't particularly settled on one side of the modern political spectrum, so that hardly means anything.
