@vlados9811 all they have said so far is that it will be big but take time to make so they will come out slower and no it wont be free, never is

You can make the items re-spawn a lot faster then a month. after you take stuff from the chest, go around the corner to some khajiit traders wait 48 hours ingame, then ask the khajiit what he has for sale, doing that will re-spawn everything in the chest!

@blackend31 i would say its not a glitch they have done it in other games, its just the player is able to get to this chest
