if you're referring to the jumping move around 1:05 - 1:06, that's uf 4... just hit uf4 immediately after ss1~b

I had to switch my tekken dr from US to JPN version just to play tekken DR with Bounds and BR moves. I think nina has her new move there, you can practice it while at home :)
