You guys need to stop arguing about World War 2. There are people who are still afraid to talk about this topic and you guys are fighting. In WWII everyone is bad and evil. Germans attacked and killed people when they didn't have to. Americans Bombed cities which also killed millions of good and evil people. History is, was, and always will be written by the winner. The Red army won the battle against the 6th army in stalingrad because A the 6th army was divided in 2 and B The German soldiers weren't ready for battle in the Winter as the Red army was good equipped for the winter.
This harsh winter demoralized and even weakend the 6th army. After that it was an easy fight.
The USSR didnt had enough weapons i know, but they had winter clothing and the germans didnt and because there was a harsh winter the divided 6th army in stalingrad had lost the battle. If you dont believe me you can look it up in history books.

Within the same century you have two world wars and milllions upon millions dead largely due to Germany. Their responsibility for the First World War is debatable but the Second World War just showed how much hatred they could harbor, how many civilian deaths they inflicted.
You can't respect soldiers who killed civilians. Period.

It's the soldiers i respect the most, i just find it sickening how people remember them as monsters and call them "Nazi's", they didn't want to be remembered that way when they died, they wanted to be remembered as heroes!
It's unfair that most people only respect allied soldiers and especially the Americans, when really actually they weren't the only ones who fought hard for their country.

The Red army won the battle against the 6th army in stalingrad because A the 6th army was divided in 2 and B The German soldiers weren't ready for battle in the Winter as the Red army was good equipped for the winter.
This harsh winter demoralized and even weakend the 6th army. After that it was an easy fight.

The USSR didnt had enough weapons i know, but they had winter clothing and the germans didnt and because there was a harsh winter the divided 6th army in stalingrad had lost the battle. If you dont believe me you can look it up in history books.

the red army won by pure manpower mainly, although there are the T-34's, expert snipers, and a ring of spies in the German Government, most of their power dealt from having practically endless supplies of men. This is why you see so many deaths in battle records (unless you read Russian records, which tend to fib alot of historical outcomes, just look at the battle of kursk, both sides claimed certain destruction of units, but official records state otherwise. Russians overclaimed many a kill.
