@majogani A number of those old men were great stars back in the day. The plot involved a secret the old guys shared.. an event in their past that came back to (ahem) haunt them. Alice Krieg rocked in this film.

Great movie classic. Long before such scary ghostly classics like The Sixth Sense & The Grudge. Ghost story is one of the most interesting and scary classics ever made. It stars. Fred Astaire, Melvin Douglas, & Douglas Fairbanks jr, ( In their last film) & John Houseman. & it also stars Alice Krige as one sexy ghost. I wish they're going to be a remake of this thriller with today's visual effects to make it more scarier. Look for it on DVD and enjoy.
