I agree with what you said about LeBrick's dunk over Lucas. I would actually be surprised if Lebron couldn't jump over him. And this is the reason I dislike Lebron: it's because after the dunk, he stared Lucas down as if saying, "Yeah what now." The same thing happened when he drained the three pointer with tight coverage on him, he stared down the defender. What is the point of that? Be getting me mad!!

@jstar25 Surprised Blake made your list. To me he's all hype. 85% of his dunks aren't even dunks when you watch them in slo-mo. Especially if he's contested. His fingertips barely touch the rim. He got hops, & is just throwing it really hard with no hand/rim contact. Too many of his "dunks" that get oohs/aahs are just that. The quick motion of his arm, crazy hops, but no rim contact. Last nite was no different. I can't see how folks are even calling that a dunk. A dunk IMO is hand over rim

@Born2BoltUp619 Blake's contested "dunks" are mostly 3ft away from the basket, in the air, w/ fingertips on the ball throwing it forcefully, while his tips graze the rim. That's not a dunk. What BG does is more like a low hook. IMO a dunk is palming the ball, ball still in hand while it's OVER the rim, & being able to force it in & being able to get a palm grip on the rim. Traditionally, HANDS, not FINGERTIPS touches the rim on a dunk. And sometimes BG doesn't even make contact w/ the rim at all

a good dunk should be unblockable unless you care none about your hand smashing on the rim. That dunk that Blake did against Perkins was blockable with a hand in front of the rim. Being that Blake's hand itself is not gonna touch the rim, there's only the power of the ball to contend with, which is much less than his hand plus the ball forcefully banging on an iron rim.

@GunsAndGloves I was just saying that. He's a great dunker but not how people make him out to be. I never seen people overhyping a dunk before until the game against the Thunder. I was left confused about the dunk. He got high, which was nice, but throwing the ball in the hoop not even touching the rim is a dunk now a days? Nice vid though Jstar. Got to argue on the Lebron dunk though, it impressed me, but just my opinion.

But what people are not seeing is that if his arm was an inch shorter, he still would got the ball in cause he's throwing it, & he wouldn't have been able to even graze the rim. I think Lebron's was more impressive because it's acrobatic, and it's an undeniable rim-rattler.

I loved these dunks man, many of these happened while I was growing up and growing up I was barely into basketball, I do remember watching the Bulls play and them getting their "Double three peat."
