anyone out there that knows ANYTHING about making games plz contact me so i get a small team going, thanks

  • Hey, i know u from the forum! xD U probably dont know me, because im not playing this very long! Btw: Do u know how i have to make a md2 file, from a 'kml' (or an 'ae') file???

  • nice work, ambard.

I was reading some forum posts and found out that the "professional" version should have netplay support... (i hope it's true)

  • "professional" version? Last I heard RPG Builder 3D was FREE

  • Hi i am the developer of the program - there will always be a free version that is the one im working on now - i however am making a prefesional version which is being made in my own Graphics framework call CGX that one will cost money - due to the ammount of money i have to invest in getting it going - but i will always have this free version so don't think it will go pro and never be free again - that just aint fair

  • @DGENXP

Will we get to add monsters in free version?

  • @Runewright31 Yeah Monsters will be added Quite soon - its pointless to have an engine like this if it will never have monsters - it would be called Map Builder or somthing lol

  • @purewantfun It will have something along those lines. I work closely with the builder of the program. It's still around, if you want to know where it is , I'll link you.

    rgenmedia . net /

  • @ImagGuyMan sweet!

  • A month of advertising would get you there

  • Honestly, I would rather see this engine have a network feature that would allow a certain amount of people to play in a networked situation. It would be a lot of fun to have 25 or so good friends playing.

  • @DJdeezyy,

Although the idea has been chucked around in discussions there are still no definite plans to include online features into the engine. That said there is a after a stable commercial release, the staff at RB3D may spend more time looking over adding online features to the engine but this is not certain yet.

  • yes the idea of online play being added to the engine has been chucked around but most likely will happen as we at Rgen-media are working as fast as we can to finish rb3d although we have not decided on allowing online play we have said that if we do it then it will happen after the release it will be part of the pay program as rpg bulder will have a free and pay version the pay version will most likely include mmo support.

  • Yeah, but how do you make the actual Game online, so others can play? If its a open source engine thats no problem. You can combine it with eclipse evolution to make it online

  • One step at a time. Ambardia 2d took over 3 years to finally be stable. I have no problem waiting 5 years for a stable 3d online Ambardia.

  • How do you plan on making this online?

  • ...HOW!!? xD
