Any kind of cheap super glue will bond pieces of foam together. You don"t need Zap-A-Gap or Gorilla Glue.

From my own experience:
For foam gluing jobs of any size, I use regular brush-on contact cement or the "super 77" spray on adhesive. Both do a great job and are very inexpensive compared to superglue.
I have also heard that the latent fumes from CA (superglue) ruin rubber legs fairly quickly, which may be a consideration.

I've found that the best glue for joining foam or rabbit strips is "Tear Mender" by Val-A because it is totally flexible waterproof glue that does not inhibit motion, It is the glue recommended by Scott Sanchez for his double bunny fly. No need for a water acitivator.
It is what I use. If I were to buy a glue specifically for foam, rabbit strips, etc I would use Tear mender. It is sold for fly tying in fly shops but you can get it at any Ace Hardware store.
