My father has 2 things he loves in life, one is me and one is a 220S. Ive driven the car, Hard, and two things are clear. 1 - That Benz would have taken the transit down quicker than Cool Hand Luke. And 2 - Going by Mercedes build quality at that time, If there was anyone in the car when it went off the cliff, they would have survived.

Look at the windshield wipers of the Mercedes. Probably misaligned on demand by some ignorant camera man. Like the removal of rear mirrors in other films, this really spoils my fun watching the movie.

Oh! The Cliffs of Moher are so beautiful. But it was too sad they sent that grand saloon car off the cliffs. They shuold have sacrificed that old and ugly lorry instead :(

The Mercedes looks so good with European headlamps. Its engine sounds are authentic.
