  • Why do people get so flustered over eating something raw?

  • wait... did some go to a sushi bar then get worried cause something was raw?

  • eat it raw.....

  • ah i'm drooling....

  • I'll eat that than a Japanese raw beef or meat.

  • That place is in Hollywood, right?

  • @avfromc This Sakae Sushi is in Burlingame, near San Francisco

  • No thanks, I'll stick to my raw fish sushi. ^_^

  • I want to freakin eat that!!!! OMMMNOMMNOMM

  • Just Awesome.

  • lol, overcooked for the American palate~

  • dude i am so jealous.....that looks delicious

  • Dude raw kobe sashimi is the most amazing thing ever man. You should try it sometime instead of the torched one xD

  • I'd gladly give 26 dollars for that...mmmmmmm

  • Kobe sushi 'a la' Iron Man! LOL

  • welded kobe

  • i would eat raw fish but raw meat....umm.... maybe not. but that kobe beef sushi is beast!!

  • Literally one of the best sushi spots in the bay area. Video poster probably had this Wagyu after their o toro.. which melts on the tongue.

  • OMG my mouth is watering...

  • How much did that cost??

  • @solidiquis1 the Kobe beef sushi cost $26 for the pair.

  • @murky2 Dumb question but...was it worth it?

  • @solidiquis1 when you're having sushi this good (the kobe beef sushi was the last set of an incredibly exquisite sushi meal), the price was worth it.

  • @murky2 TOTALLY WORTH IT fuck me that looks amazing!

  • i guess thats pretty expensive

  • Exquisite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • One day, I went to a fresh meat shop to get Sashimi of beef.

    But I was refused.

The master said "today, I have only beef for steak".

And next and next to next shop said the same things.

And at last the 4th shop made Sashimi of beef.

The master said "it is difficult to make. I will show it to you".

And the very Sashimi of beef was very tasty.

  • beef+rice

    forgetaboutit...

  • True fact, Kobe cows are massaged and fed grains to eat and beer to drink. That;s why they taste amazingly good

  • raw beef is a delicacy to me, with the right spices of coarse. you think im twisted? in Germany they eat raw pork

  • 1 person didnt get to eat this AwESOMENeSs.. which is why he/she unliked it

  • Raw fish is the best

  • Damn i wanna try but few more seconds of the torch for me please

  • Nothing wrong with raw beef.

  • I can't believe this vid's comments section is untouched by the Lilith Fair attending animal rights activists. That form of sushi is awesome btw. Bet you enjoyed it, despite the price. Sorry for the edit.

  • @nakamine1713 - beef, when prepared correctly, is a tasty animal! :-)

  • @murky2 it's also great most of the time when it's prepared incorrectly.

  • Lol the beef is so fat it wont burn :P!

  • The slaver literally ran out of my open mouth

  • chuck norris has his beef raw coz it cooks in his mouth

  • this is how REAL men cook on a daily basis. none of that pransing around with a stove shit, we blow torch the motherfucker!

  • @SirPlankton - beef + fire. What's not to like? ;-)

  • @murky2 very little. i want sushi now :(

  • @SirPlankton this is by far the best comment ive read in you tube.

  • what does it taste like more flavorful than an average beef.

  • @dlwilliam - Kobe beef is more tender, and juicier/fattier.

  • oooooh Looks sooo goood !!! :)

  • this is called carpaccio.

  • @fardisghomeshi - it's carpaccio if the beef is eaten plain. It's sushi when the beef is put on top of rice :-)

  • @murky2 how is this sushi?

  • @fardisghomeshi - it's sushi because it's hand-formed japanese vinegared rice topped with meat. Granted, the meat is not fish but there are non-fish sushi toppings such as egg (tamago). I disagree calling this carpaccio because the beef isn't raw - it's been lightly cooked with the torch. Also, carpaccio isn't served atop rice. :-)

  • @murky2 is it good?

  • @fardisghomeshi - the Kobe beef sushi is amazing! Melts in your mouth. You should try it if you get the chance :-)

  • @murky2 how much is it?

  • @fardisghomeshi - USD $26 per pair. (ouch)

  • Nuuuooah!

    I need to try this!!

  • @HakuryuVision - Sakae Sushi is in Burlingame, California. Do try them out, as they have some of the freshest fish and most amazing sushi around.

  • I would rather have mine cooked on a hibachi filled with binchotan.

  • japanese carpaccio haha

  • kobe lobster is lobster fed with kobe beef LOL

  • OH DUDE where is that place again could you give me the addres pls ty...

  • @trazer911 - The place is called Sakae Sushi, and it was in Burlingame, California. It closed down, but the owners opened a new sushi joint in Burlingame called Sakae Sushi Noboru.

  • @murky2 reason for closure?? food poison?

  • @JuicyFruitSweeT90 - I think the original Sakae Sushi in Burlingame closed down because the landowner raised the rent. The owners opened the new Sakae a few months prior to closing down the original. You should check it out and let us know how good the sushi is at the new place!

  • He should have used real wasabi... That would be heavenly!

  • @JimmyChiffels - we trusted the chef to prepare the kobe beef sushi perfectly. In this case, no wasabi needed ;-)

  • nice! i'm gona try to make it...

  • I was like wtf, you're not gonna eat raw beef unless you want some disease

But it looks really good even though I'll stick to fish

  • You can eat raw beef if its fresh and good quality, no problem. Steak tartare, carpaccio etc etc.

  • yummeeeyy:D

this beef is realy mazing like budder in your mouth !

  • two of my favorite things, nice fat beef with rice!!

  • was it worth 26 bucks for 2

  • think is call wakyu. they bred from Japan Kobe and America angus. just my 2 cent

  • what is that sauce he poured to the beef?

  • Some lightly sweetened soy sauce, if I recall.

  • how much was that ?

  • $26 per pair.

  • $26 for two of those? wow...i'd normally eat sushi in one bite but i think for that i will take many many small bites and stretch out those $26 for as long as possible

  • @endlsswing lmao! agreed xD

  • hummm]

    I'm hungry now !

  • kobe beef, is only in Japan, in the rest of the word is other beef

  • they have american kobe, it's not the real stuff but it's just as good and it eliminates the costly need of transporting it all the way to america. I know a lot of very fine steakhouses on the east coast of the US that use american kobe.

  • i think my mouth just had an orgasm

  • looks yummy

  • incredible, that must taste amazing.

  • Kobe is very expensive but so delicious... it feels like it melts on your tongue. Good choice =)

  • Wow, I love the way the flame hits the beef. It looks so cool!

  • omg i wanna go 2 Japan so bad and get sum!

    *orgasms*

  • it taste delicious raw..with just a little bit of lime and a pinch of salt. but toasted a little is also nice.

  • thanks!

  • can that be eaten completely raw? you know, without being torched. just completely raw.

  • Probably, but it might not taste too good.
