  • Actualy herb is no good. What kind a doctor is this guy. He talks thats stress is not good. Well hello we know that, he offers no good solutions . Herbs? Thats terrible, herbs squezes more energy from adrenal glands...

  • He is right on target. When I changed my diet (no processed foods/ soy/ sugars/ coffee/ allergens) to whole real foods,incl. organic pasture raised grass fed & finshed meat, fermented foods and probiotics, I have more energy and the fog is lifting.

  • I believe everything you say. I am wondering about eliminating gluten. Do you eliminate whole wheat? I don't buy store bought one because of the additives and preservatives. I buy the whole wheat multigrain in a local bakery. I replaced my pasta with flaxseed whole wheat. Does wheat cause inflammation? Do you consume probiotics in the yogurt form, organic? Thanks Doc.
