Its too unfriendly both game and community, takes days to even get into the game.

I spent month (as a casual player) trying to enter this playerdriven world but had no chance at all and got only squashed down by the higher ups.

Still think its an absolutley awesome game but I dont want to spend anymore days and hours just trying to get somewhere from the bottom.

but i prefer to wait longer for a good game than a game that is released every (half) year and that contains basically half of everything from the forerunner game, some bugs and costs a lot of money (yes CoD, i mean you :P)

Nope, it is a 'ripoff' of the first space MMO of it's series Jumpgate: the reconstruction initiative released in 2001. Eve wasn't released until 2003 in NA, so you could say Eve is a ripoff of jumpgate.

you can still get to the freelancer servers, you just have to get the direct ip or the GLS workaround from the Starport website

still 50-60 frelancer servers up and running various mods on any given night,. Just need to get the new Global Server add on. Most newer mods come with it, but you can find it stand alone easy enough.

There's always someone who will have a little hissy fit over something. Generally, phrases like "total crap," if not explained or elaborated on, are pretty meaningless and don't tell you anything. I played the EVE trial and although I genuinely enjoyed the experience, I didn't pay for a subscription. EVE is not for everyone, as you are not able to actually disembark from your ship, meaning the whole game is played with you on your space ship(s).

The tone of the video, style of the graphics and effects look almost exactly alike... Just BANG was made like six years ago and I picked it up for $2 at Big Lots.
