I remember watching this on PPV back in 1995. When I saw Henry O' do what he did at 0:20, I knew when Bulldog clothesline Shawn with no official elimination, I remember when they changed cameras to Bulldog that Shawn was going to win. There was no way Bulldog vs Diesel at WM was going to happen.

Theoretically, Shawn could have let go and hobbled on that one foot over to the steps and then jumped onto the steps. Since the other foot would not have touched the FLOOR, he would not have been eliminated.

Even though Michaels didn't win the belt at WM. That was def the match that put him over the top and made him the main event star. It's even on record as saying that Vince was unsure about Michaels being a Main event star, but the Match with Nash put him over the top and into the lime light..good stuff miss the old days

i was about 12 yrs old watching this and my favorite wrestler at the time was the bulldog...i was so happy when i thought he won and started cheering thinking he won and when i found out that shawn won i was so dissapointed...but i feel that if bulldog won it wouldve made him into a huge star because at that time he was rising in popularity with story lines

ten times better than today's garbage. They try too hard to make it an entertainment package rather than a wrestling show. I miss the days of the technical wrestling... back when the belt actually meant something. I'd go as far as to say I miss the days of the jobbers. In affect it actually showcased the "pros" talents, albeit in a silly squash match style, but it still made them seem unbeatable. Now it seems like they just give the belt to everyone, there's no prestige anymore.
