  • No one has the creativity to be this damn funny anymore...Thank you Corrie lads for giving me the last of the laughter .

  • classic.

  • Fantastic sound:)

  • Thanks cheerydavie!

    I love this one!

  • Anyone out there with any Noel Murphy video footage, that would be just great.

  • This song is based on a true event that happened on a London building site.

  • this is the guy that wrote the song it's supposed to be sung this way, gamergoman, don't think you know anything, but find the link, hahaha, idiot

  • my friend, this is not the guy who wrote the song

  • I love this song, but this guy doesn't sing it right. It is supposed to be faster, it makes it more comical, if I find the link to the way it's supposed to be sung, I'll post it here.

  • Eh ? They are interpreting the song as they see fit. When songs are written, they do not have to be sung in the same way. Just look at Bob Dylan, at his concerts he sings some of his songs in funk, even though they may have originally been sung pre-electric.

  • The Corries' version is great, as usual. But that does not allow every song to be interpreted any way. It's not true that you can sing any song the way you like, it's not true that any version is just as good as any other. Just look at bob dylan, all his songs are horrible and all his versions are horrible as well. That dylan is a poet is just one more huge lie of the recent times.

  • If your borred than YOUR borring..

  • Growing up, one of my father's favorite "road trip" music sets were tapes of Corries music. No matter how long the trip was, we were sure to hear their gorgeous music every time.

The years go by, and now my Corries collection is all on CDs and MP3 files as I get ready to go study in Scotland next semester to get in touch with my ancestry.

And here I am, getting all teary eyed over Flower of Scotland, and I find your video and now I'm crying with laughter.

    Thank you so much!

  • I can relate to that!!! Everytime my family would go up North to the Isle of Lewis (about a 12 hour journey) we would listen to the corries and the proclaimers!
