The writer's strike actually didn't effect HBP, even though they said it did. The script is finished, the footage is filmed, and the movie is edited. It's done, so most people agree that the writer's strike was just mentioned to not make them look so bad. The main reason, no doubt, is money.

(JK approved the scene herself before they were allowed to add it) In the scene they are at the Burrow for christmas and get attacked by death eaters. That's why Greyback was there. One of the most touching scenes in the entire series. Nevile Longbottom in the hospital ward with his mom, and Ron and Hermione finding out what happened to his folks(Harry already knew).

In the movies they underplay Ginny's role!For example in Order Of The Phoenix they didnt tell you that Ginny was dating Michael Corner but they showed them sitting next to each other in the Hogshead Bar when meeting for the D.A. Simply put there are alot of Harry/Hermione fans because of the movies and how the early movies promoted Harry/Hermione So when you see Ginny as a focus point of a scene other than in COS it's rare! I love Ginny as a character and think they downplayed her role in movies

i normally like the books better, but for me the 6th movie might be a tad bit better. i love Harry Potter, but the 6th book didnt have much action. I CAN'T WAIT!

Secondly, The book was published three years ago. If you haven't read it by now then, either: Read it or don't go reading comments that fans that have read HBP (probably 3 years ago) are going to ,make people that have read it are clearly going to want to discuss.

One of the most touching scenes in the entire series. Nevile Longbottom in the hospital ward with his mom, and Ron and Hermione finding out what happened to his folks(Harry already knew).

no, because they could always show it in the 7th movie. scrimgeour could give it to harry in the beginning. there are UNLIMITED ways to introduce that mirror, anytime, anywhere. don't worry.

He leído los primeos cinco libros unas diez veces cada uno, en inglés y en españo. El sexto libro lo he leído UNA vez y eso ya es tener buenos intestinos.
Ser la novia de Harry (Y de otros cuántos más) NO es NADA relevante para que le quite SU lugar a Hermione.
Lo que quiero saber es qué ha sido de Hermione. No es justo que Ginny, que a penas es medio párrafole quite su lugar a Hermione que es mucho más que un libro.

Totally with you, I missed him most on Goblet of Fire. The real Dumberdore NEVER yelled and grabbed Harry.
This is speculation but I don't think Richard Harris would have played the part like that....

In the movies they underplay Ginny's role!For example in Order Of The Phoenix they didnt tell you that Ginny was dating Michael Corner but they showed them sitting next to each other in the Hogshead Bar when meeting for the D.A. Simply put there are alot of Harry/Hermione fans because of the movies and how the early movies promoted Harry/Hermione So when you see Ginny as a focus point of a scene other than in COS it's rare! I love Ginny as a character and think they downplayed her role in movies

They added a scene into movie (With JKR's complete permission) And Ginny and Harry get attacked at the Burrow by Fenrir and Bellatrix, and Harry saves Ginny.
