Yes, it was only 400 pounds after wearing out his shoulders and arms already with 11 reps at 310, one rep at 360, and one at 380. Which it says in Information at the upper right. 400 only looked hard because he was already tired. Had he been fresh, I'm sure he could have gotten in the 430-440 range. So, he's a lot closer than you think to that world record.

It's actually 210 kg (462 lbs) set by savickas in lithuania last year, and not many are going to be able to come close to that for a while. Benedict Magnusson is one to watch though!
