You use the same looper as me too, which makes me feel kinda cool. A few tips if you want; maybe not make the initial loop so long. When you are taking the time to place overdubs onto it, a crowd may lose interest. I don't mean shorten the riff. Just instead of 2 measures maybe play a groove like that for one. Also, its a good idea to turn up the inst. level when its solo time.
