I'm a hacker myself.. but I do not use this method that much i more or less use the port scanner to more quickly find a open port does not matter to me then I use a modem sniffer or whatever to locate any other local connections of a modem that are active in the area of my town then I get their h-key and basicly code into theirs system where I then can do as I please I can either help you or break you in hacking ;D

You can fix this by logging in. Most of the commands on here are only for people with SA or SSA privileges anyway, so you won't gain much by logging in unless you have those. Command is "login (name) (password)" for SA and "slogin (name) (password)" for SSA.

You need to select a server using the "sel" command before you can get a player list. If you just type pl, it doesn't know which server to take the list from unless you've selected a server.

if your using vista you don't have telnet installed by default and you need to enable it

You'd need to login as a SA or SSA to use those "invalid permissions" as for the invisibility exploit you need a modified client and the server to be running version 2.0.20.1
