that's wrong. Infinity Ward made the original Call of Duty, which is based in WW2 then they also made Call of Duty 2 which is based in WW2 as well.

Call of Duty 3 was passed off to Treyarch who said "we can do that too" and made a WW2 game.

CoD 4 was Infinity Ward saying "screw WW2" and CoD:WaW is Treyarch saying "we can do better than we did last time"

then MW2 is simply the sequel to CoD4.

Hey, pretty much neither one is better than the other. It's only our opinions that make them "better" than each other. I don't give a shit which is better and which isn't because all i did was, i didn't care which one i bought so i just bought the 360 because it was cheaper. That is the ONLY reason why i bought the 360. If i had enough money i'd buy both of them because they each have games for "only 360" or "only ps3". Hope this helps.

ive got both consoles and the ps3 graphics are realy good and the online is free but it has lagg online. x-box pays for online BUT online is much better on x-box the online is fast, clear and doesnt lagg as much and with microsoft points you get things online alot cheaper than ps3 such as map packs and downloadable content There both evenly matched
