Yet in Japan, their pop culture pokes fun at it in a lighthearted way (seen MANY anime/japanese movies where young girls are obsessed over and main characters are blatant pe******iles. example - "Needless"), or even celebrating it (example, artwork above). Please, I'm not judging. I'm neutral. Just interesting is all.
