i wouldnt recomend the gun in all honesty half the time it doesnt work. ive brought the thing in twice to my local pball dealer and it still doesnt work ive had friends whove played for many years take a look at it but they cant figure it out. i dont know if i got a bad model but im not liking it :(

The only problem I EVER had with this gun was it chopped a ball ONCE in the 3 years of me owning the gun. Oh and the psi has to be between 245-280psi for you to fire fast. Over all great gun though

DO NOT TRUST SPYDER PAINTBALL COMPANY---I ordered a VS2, did not work, leaked like hell. My cousin got one, worked fine. I have nothing against the VS2, except its prettyyyy heavy, its the company. Ive had numerous spyders, so have my friends..i kept givin spyder another chance over and over again, ALL GUNS STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A FEW WEEKS.... As fast as any high end marker, 200-225psi operating pressure is decent, get a decent 14" barrel for better accuracy, $30 for a cp one piece, $40 for an egg 2(17bps, thats all you need) $50 steelie tank = $200 set up that, in the right hands, can match any player with a $1000+ setup.

oof, I forgot to charge my spyder's battery the day before i went paintballing and i also used Co2. Long story short, the Co2 rushed out of the gun and froze my pinky up and almost snapped it in two... Co2 sucks...

so that would mean that the virtued vs2 would only cost around 170.

they're not the same price, the invert mini is hundreds, dye's cheapest markers that could compare are over $200, and the shocker is the closest marker in smartparts, though the shocker does blow it away..... but wait it costs 5 times as much.

the vs2 can be bought new for $130.

now add the t-baord or virtue, laser eyes and whatever else you want and it'll still cost less than the ion, or any of those other markers.

my spyder vs2 farts and the bolt doesnt go back whenever i try and shoot more than about 5 rounds that fast.

And sometimes it doesn't recock at all with the eyes on, any ideas on what the problem is?

you must be using co2 or have some leaks or have low air, maybe some o-rings are bad, check your eyes

Its relatively new and i always oil my o rings (but not the bolt) and i clean the eyes. Maybe it was because i hadn't cleaned the eyes when i had that problem.

I did shoot it today after oiling and it was fine. We'll see how things work out this sunday
