It seems that 'Zlye Golubi' would SOUND about right using letters from the English alphabet, although I think I would go with 'Zlui-yee Go-loo-bee' instead. Serbian is likely to be a little different from Russian, but probably close.
@GEEZERKLIPS A BB gun might work too. Most likely plenty of youthful sharp-shooters in the neighborhood practice their skills by shooting at the birds. In fact, I'm sure that family members of some of the birds that appear in this video have perished as a result of such activity!
@paperpeoplejokes A veterinarian experienced in dealing with the demonic possession of birds may be my only hope. It was very cunning of the evil one to disguise his minions as peaceful doves!

I came across one of these evil creatures just the other morning. It was cursing and spitting on the pavement! I'm assuming it was a common dove.
