David still looks great (As does Gillian ) but Hollywood says he's not in the right age range I guess? Some of these people in Hollywood should educate themselves.

I really like the noms this year. Meryl, I mean come on, it dosen't get any better. She is one of, if not the greatest, actresses of our time. I have yet to see a movie with her that she dosen't deserve an award for. Props to Glee, Modern Family, Quentin Tarantino, Simon Baker, Sandra Bullock, Emily Blunt, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Stanley Tucci, Anna Kendrick, and of course, Mo'Nique, who, IMHO, gave the best female performance of the year, if not performance period.

Nice to see Dexter get the recognition that the series deserves for all of the wonderful writing & acting that has been showcased for years now. Joke that Battlestar Galactica was again over looked. I'm a fan of True Blood - but the writing & acting on that series is NOWHERE close to that of BSG. (Or Dexter, or even LOST for that matter) I know vampires are the trendy sexy pick this year, but BSG's exclusion is a travesty.

But I have 2 points about the nominees:

1. I don't think Julia Roberts should've been nominated if the movie tanked

2. I wish Jonh Krasinski was nominated for The Office because he's just as good as Steve Carrell, in a diff way, and helps lead the show
