This man is extremely ahead of his time and if this kind of logical thinking was actively applied, it would essentially change our planet in a way as to alter, regenerate and heal the planet. His out of the box ideas that he tried to project here in "1974" actually is NOT beyond our abilities today. This must have sounded Crazy in 1974 but our world has progressed in the exact directed as he described here. Not so much out of reach today......is it.....
