And as for being hurtful, if Zipster is really just some shticky manufactured character (a la LonelyGirl or Daxflame), then who am I hurting? A fictional YouTube construct? Yeah, I just find his clownish shtick to be grating, what can I say? At least I didn't comment on (or watch) the beer tasting video. 10+ minutes of Zipster and my ears would be bleeding and I'd be ready to throw my monitor out the window.

No, I find what you do in your own videos to be clownish shtick. You know, the obsessive compulsive "Hello, Youtubas!" and "Thank youuuuuuuuu! Hee hee hee!" The Zipster persona grates on me and that overlaps onto your Terry persona I'm afraid. Don't be offended. You're very popular and I'm clearly in the minority. I don't leave neg. comments on your own videos because I can't watch them for more than 30 seconds. It's all just a matter of personal taste.
