It's obvious that David Beckham has clearly just gone to LA Galaxy for the money. He has no self respect or respect for his country or former club. To go to such a shit team in such a shit country and then be beating by a novice team in a small league of only a few clubs in a country where soccer isn't even a big national sport. a shit country? get real. The league isnt the best in the world and never claimed to be. Becks lives in beverly hills about 20 min from me, his kids play in a league about 2 miles from my house. Southern california is an awesome place to live and im sure hes having a blast living here. Moving here must have been an easy choice, he already speaks the language, he has a lot of celeb friends to chill with. You wish you lived here. LA isnt a terrible to club. They lack defense is all.

I don't know how you can say "A-League > MLS", when you beat one of the weakest teams in the league, while not having met for over a month. Rematch next year around August against the Houston Dynomo or New England Revs, and it would be a different story.

Are they really one of the weakest? Mind you, Sydney isnt going to well in the league at the moment either. Oh, and we played pretty much all our youngsters who have only played 1 or 2 games max, and 2 of our key players were injured. Oh, and we took off Brosque, Milligan and Juninho in the first half who were the standouts. It was an entertaining game, and you have to remember that the A-league is just finidings its feet.
