With this program called Audacity that you can download for free at download. com It lets you mess with mp3 files in many ways, such as making it higher pitched or making songs faster like I did.
okay to make it clear: it is the second trailer of the first movie with a speeded up version of MGS2 theme song. By the way. It IS pretty awesome.
