word of advice, if your going to try and take your parkour to a filming level. 1. avoid anything that lacks speed and grace, without that anyone watching will think its clumsy. just work on your form and cheesy or not. show no fear in body emotions. 2. Flips are not required, but. A couple of you need to work on your free falls. their hesitant and just really not that fun to watch. find a 10 foot roof to grass or 7 foot roof to concrete. and just practice. get your balls ready for the real thing

@RaceMeNowhere There's a difference between parkour and free running, parkour isn't about flips and cool-looking stuff, it's about getting from point "A" to point "B" as efficiently as possible and as if you were being chased, which is where the speed becomes part of the art. If you wanna see flips look at some free running videos.

i agree with sebaleon, what is the point of jumping over stuff, jumping gaps if you can go round it and sprint, hmmmm, i think if you would sprint round it would be faster, parkour is a good way of getting around, but not like shown in this video, this is not even classed as amateur, if you want to get from point A to point B fastest way, Hmm, not by what uu saw in the video. so whoever thinks that this vid is good, must have some sight problem or is just a spastic ;)

Firemen used to practice forms of parkour in parts of the world so they would know the quickest ways to save people from burning buildings.
