If the McCain campaign weren't as classy as I believe them to be, I would hope that everytime Obama or Biden tries to link McCain to Bush that McCain or Palin will turn it right back onto Obama and link him to Kwame, Wright or Rezko.
If guilt by association works with McCain/Bush, then it most certainly works with Obama/Kwame/Wright/Rezko/(and all the others that are yet to come out).
So I see Obama is the "personal friend" of a corrupt man. That does not bode well for Obama. Obama should vet someone's character before he calls them a "personal friend".
I am sorry to say but Detroit is known all over the country as a "sewer". That is a shame, as I know some wonderful people who live there. It would seem to me that if I lived there I would change out my entire local government - that only makes sense. Use your good common sense God gave you!!!!
Michigan Voters know what the problem is. An old Republican guy as president, An old Canadian Democrat woman as Govenor and a Gangster Democrat as Mayor. Yes, we get it!
We work our asses off, for the rest of the country and the rest of the state. We are voting out of hope, not for parties.
Michigan's economy is ranked #50 out of 50 States and has been in last place for a number of years now. I think unemployment is about 11%. We've got a 2-term Dem governor and a Dem legislature. Two Dem senators also.
The talk is that Michigan voters are blaming the Dems for the bad economy, and this high profile insanity with Kwame is just making it all worse. The State may very likely go for McCain this year. Especially if he picks Romney as his VP.
Yeah why don't you talk about the disaster that Texas was under Bush! They had one of the worst education systems in America, were DEAD LAST in air quality and water quality, the economy was close to the bottom as well. And this is the clown you guys voted for twice to run the country! I'd be more than happy to compare Democratic vs. Republican governors today and their success rates.

I live in Texas and beg to differ with you. Get your facts straight. I live in a beautiful part of the state, close to Houston, and we are far from polluted. We have one of the best education systems in the country. We have tons of new people moving into the area every day - Houston has been ranked the best city in the country for jobs, things to do, education, etc. (look up on google, fortune magazine, etc.) Detroit is known all over the world as the "sewer" of the country. Get a grip!!!!
Texas economy is one of the best in the country. Our housing and cost of living is extraordinarliy good. Ignorance is what will get the country in trouble!! Think before you speak!!
Hey kimford1, you couldn't be more WRONG. Facts are facts, and Texas, under Governor Bush, had the worst air quality and worst water quality in the United States. They also had one of the worst education systems. As far as their economy, they had a surplus but that was used for tax cuts for the corporations and the rich, it wasn't used for any type of programs to help out the poor or middle class at all.
