I know my camera doesn't have night vision, and I hate that. The only video camera that I knew of when I bought the one I have makes you use DVD's. I wanted to get away from that. Granted that you do not believe that it is a house of the Lord, but it was very, very disrespectful to the worshipers who do believe that the mosque is a house of God, for you to have entered by stealth with your shoes on and to have walked into the ablution and prayer rooms.
All that you needed to do was to ask permission to view the mosque and they would have certainly arranged for someone to show you around.
hamba2han: Why do I need permission to go in a Mosque? It is open to anyone. I don't need permission to go before God and pray. I don't need permission to enter a church either. I didn't go in "by stealth". I just went about my own business without bothering anyone because they were in the middle of a service. The first thing I said at the beginning of this video is it was the first time I had been to a Mosque. You'll have to expect people like me to make mistakes.
